Qualification:

Bachelor of Education & Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Criminology.

Experience:

I spent 2 years teaching in Canada before moving to Dubai 9 years ago. I have spent the past 8 years working at an American curriculum school for girls. I have had the opportunity to teach a variety of grade levels (1 to 6) and have loved every minute of it. This year, I have chosen to come out of the classroom in order to expand my creativity and explore working 1:1 with students.

Approach:

I have always planned my lessons to incorporate student exploration and growth. I like to engage students on many different cognitive levels through the use of a variety of tasks and activities. I expect students to achieve at their own individual rate with my support. It is important to celebrate successes along the way.
