I deliver lectures according to Psychology and mental strength of the students. I don't overburden them and keep pace with their learning abilities. I motivate them and create interest in their study materials. I am quite flexible to the needs of the students. I try to make connection between the theoretical studies and the real based world. I try to incite interest and sense of belonging in the young minds so that students may not get bored and take deep interest in their studies. I try to make students contribute towards whatever they are studying by Q & A.
