I am Chinese native speaker (Cantonese and Mandarin). Previously, I was teaching Chinese as a second language to students in U.S. and the Middle East.  I teach for beginners and advanced learners. I can tailor my lessons to meet the need of the learner and work at the learner's pace in a flexible mode. Be it at a regular pace or intensive tutoring for business travels. I also offer class that prepares students for HSK exam.  For beginner Chinese, you will learn basic Chinese greetings, self-introductions, number and dates, asking for directions, and ordering food in Chinese restaurant etc. This class would help you to set the foundation in Chinese language.  Business Chinese - This class will train your spoken and listening skills. This class is customized for business people who travel to China or work with Chinese partner. You will acquire the vocabularies and expressions in dealing with Chinese business people.  For intermediate and advanced Chinese learner, I prefer student to have a background in Chinese. My approach is to select a news event or story. We read, analyze, and discuss the event/story.  When you are learning Chinese with me, you will not only acquire the language but my culture and the society.  When you are writing to me, please introduce yourself and tell me your purpose of learning Chinese and level ( if any).
