Experience:

I was previously working as a Business Analyst in an MNC, but I quit my Job to take care of my 13 months old baby. I was mainly involoved in educating new soft wares to the team and have 5 plus of experience in tutoring & performing knowledge transfer to the Juniors.

Approach:

Initally I need to know the student requirement and his/her back drops in understanding the subject. Then I will plan accordingly to teach the student either from basics or to enhance his/her strengths followed by examining the student.
