PTD + Kindergarten and Junior Standards and University Qualified Remediation Expert.

Experience:

As a Remediation Expert I have more than 20 years experience in teaching. My style of teaching depends on the individual needs of the student and my teaching is curriculum based. My planning is on a daily basis according to the needs of the student. I do careful planning and keep records of the student's progress and I will be able to discuss the needs and progress of the student with parents even on a daily basis. I assist students in handwriting, as it is an important component of my plan.

Approach:

I plan my lessons according to the curriculum done by the student on a daily basis. It is important to start at the beginning of the year and guide students during the year as to eliminate gaps in their learning experience, because of the fact that lessons are planned on a daily basis, it is most important to have insight in what the child is doing in the class and support the student according to individual needs. I motivate students and use Remedial strategies and techniques to assist them in Reading, Writing and Comprehension skills.
