Qualification:

BA (hons) English and Philosophy, PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status gained in the UK.

Experience:

I have experience in tutoring both primary and secondary male and female subjects. I am fully qualified to teach British curriculum and have had tutoring experience of teaching the American curriculum English. I am familiar with IGCSE, Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas and AQA and can tutor up to A-Level in both English literature and language. At primary level I am able to teach English, maths, science, social science, history and geography.

Approach:

I believe it is imperative that tutoring is led by want the child wants with input from the parents and the school. I like to liaise with a child's teachers to ensure that what I do with them beyond the classroom compliments what is happening inside the classroom. I report regularly to parents on progress and material covered to ensure client satisfaction.
