I have a tutoring experience with Rishikulshala, a school run by Paavan Chintan Dhara Charitable Trust in India.

Approach:

My approach towards teaching depends upon the student’s needs and learning style since each student is unique. My teaching philosophy is widely based on encouraging students to think, understand and question rather than simply cramming or memorising things. I start from topics that the students are most comfortable with and then move slowly towards the more complex areas as their confidence grows. Secondly, I lay a lot of emphasis on the consistent learning and practice since it lays the foundation of a deep understanding of the subject.
