Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Translation and Communication (French, English and Italian)

Experience:

From December 2011 to January 2014 : French and English private tutor for secondary and high-school pupils. - Taught proper use of grammar to primary, secondary and high-school students - Coached students in correct pronunciation for more effective oral communication - Helped students build their confidence and perfect their abilities - Developed new ways of explaining and learning using computers or different tools other than papers to create a pleasant and interactive way of learning.

Approach:

First of all, dialogue is very important. The children need to express themselves and feel that the tutor is carefully listening to his needs. I am patient and make sure I figured out the children's difficulties and expectations in order to find the best way to reach the set goals. Moreover, from my experience in tutoring, I can say that a step by step approach is the key to a deep understanding of any subject. It is very important to let the child know that his problem with a specific topic is not unsolvable. The tutor must show enthusiasm and convey a positive message.
