Experience:

11 years of practical experience during which I open two businesses from scratch. I was teaching the newly hired staff to the problematic language terminology and costumer service including the necessary preparation of the operational, financial and strategical policies. Last 6 years I was developing the staff language skills together with the business background.

Approach:

It is always important to motivate student to learn and keep him/ her comfortable. It is not good to overwhelm students with many rules and text when everything has hidden logic which can be shown on the example. English is my second language and I know how everybody who learns English feels. It is important to know this feeling to encourage students confidence to develop motivating and friendly atmosphere.
