Experience:

I have taught Primary & Secondary students for a decade in London, supporting and extending Spanish skills through to A2 - developing and consolidating English phonics and reading and writing skills, for early learning stages by targeting concentration spans, memory, learning patterns, association; in adapting to each child's individual learning style. Over the past three years in Dubai, I have been introducing a holistic learning approach catering for personal needs through coaching, Mindfulness & Yoga to enhance academic performance.

Approach:

Support with general studies, Foreign Languages, second language acquisition, confidence building, exam preparation, positive mind-set approach to meeting challenges, problem solving and stress and emotional management through Mindfulness, Goal Mapping, and study skills coaching; as well as well-being, yoga, relaxation, breathing & meditation techniques.
