Qualification:

Bachelor engineering degree

Experience:

Two(2) years experience as lecturer in mechanical engineering department

Teaching is actually a service and it is not a business. Teaching becomes more effective only when the teacher understand the level of a student. Also a teacher must have deep subject knowledge and flexible to handle all the levels of students.
