Experience:

I have been teaching Enlgish as a Second language to Korean Nationals for seven years (7) . I have experienced both man-to-man and online teaching to these students. My students vary from elementary, midle school, and high school in the first company that worked. I taught in an online school for a year and went back in teaching man to man for 2 years before deciding to work abroad.

Approach:

Before discussing our lesson, i mostly asked the student's activity in school. What they were doing and how he/she is coping up with her daily activities. Then try to open up any certain topics that he/she likes to talk the most.
