Experience:

I have taught elementary aged students for 3 years along with tutoring privately for 5 years.

Approach:

My approach is centered towards the childs needs. I would assess the child and gear my activities to their needs. I would use tangible maliputives such as flash cards and games. Children tend to do better with one to one assistance and it will be my goal to teach them to eventually work indenpendently.
