I've been a private tutor of a Korean family where in I handled KG student and Grade 3 pupil that time .I've been teaching them remedial lessons and advance lessons.

Approach:

It is very important for a teacher to know their students' strengths and weaknesses in class.Assessment is very important to know the students level and will guide the teacher to give remedial lessons and more exercises for the student.In that way the teacher can be able to help the child in the area he is not good at.Evaluation is a good way also to know if the student really improve at the end of the session.
