Qualification:

Masters in Business Administration, B.B.A Degree in Business and a Concentration in Finance.

Experience:

I took the opportunity to teach business courses for students at the same college via tutor groups within the college facility.I have taught one on one college and school level for the last 5 years in Math,all Intros to Business courses, Marketing, Management, Business Communication and strategic management.I have enjoyed teaching when I was in college and after I graduated due to the fact that my age was pretty close to the students I had.The communication was very energetic and understandable.

Approach:

As I mentioned before, when I started teaching I was young enough to have students that were exactly my age if not older. The positive attitude and students’ excitement to work with me was great. Once the student feels that someone reached the level of explaining material they don’t understand and that person at their age, and then this is a start point for them to know that anyone can do it. It is the method of teaching and delivering information. Understanding what the student need is my main goal before I ask about anything. Students’ needs can determine the best way to approach the difficulty in a certain area and find the best solution to turn from difficulty to easily understandable. It is not about memorizing as much it is about understanding why a business or math concept is explained in a certain way. Once a communication level is reached between me and the student, then I will be able to create the best delivering method of information.
