Work with children for various Abu Dhabi American School admission tests, 100% pass rate. Proficient in social studies and ESL tutoring. Working on a double M.A Education and Teaching certification in Social Studies, will graduate in June 2013

Approach:

My students are not taught through rote learning. They are taught to understand the material and ask as many questions as needed in order for them to process the material. There needs to be less emphasis on "learning" and more on "enjoying" and "understanding". I test regularly, staying in close contact with parents, constantly keeping them appraised of their children's study habits. Tuition is where a child comes to supplement their school learning, not learn what they did not in school!
