Dr Lui is a kind, patient, supportive and highly professional tutor. I have met many, many tutors over a five-year period seeking help to support my son and Dr Lui stands out as the best one I have ever employed. His lessons are well planned, enjoyable, interesting and relaxed. Dr Lui struck up an instantaneous rapport with my son, who lacked confidence and motivation towards his science GCSE. He not only makes the subject he teaches interesting, he also inspires and motivates my son to do well. Dr Lui was very clear with his explanation and his pace of teaching depends on whether a certain area of a topic was understood or not. He prepared clear Powerpoints for each session followed by sending exam homework that supports the learning and assesses my son’s understanding and exam techniques. He would then go through the homework with my son and explains where mistakes were made and how to improve. As a result of 10 months of very engaging and interactive online lessons with Dr Lui, my son went from predicted grades of 6s to achieving three 9s for his Triples Sciences for this summer’s GCSE exams. I would highly recommend Dr Lui to any students lacking confidence, understanding and motivation.

Thanks to Stephen, Sciences are finally making some sense and are actually enjoyable for my son ! After multiple unsuccessful interviews with local tutors, we were lucky enough to come across Stephen and honestly he doesn't disappoint. My son had an immediate liking to Stephen and his personality, and directly after the initial interview/meeting we knew he was the man for us to assist our son in his study and preparation for the upcoming exams. After the first lesson, being an initial discussion and review with my son of his current knowledge, Stephen was able to better understand the weaker topics vs those he had more strength in knowledge on and commenced with the weaker core topics first. He reviewed the entire exam syllabus of core topics and secondary topics, with emphasis on those core topics and moving onto the secondary. Stephen moves through onto the next topic, only once my son has a good grasp of the current topic being learnt. Over the past lessons with Stephen, it has become very clear what a huge learning gap there is for us between a classroom teaching style vs a one on one private lesson, and I only wish that we had have sourced him sooner. Although a 2-hour lesson appeared daunting at the time, Stephen has managed to keep my son fully engaged for each of the lessons, regardless of the topic. After each lesson my son is given exam based homework, which reiterates the topics and subject matters covered within the lesson, to be completed prior to the following lesson. The homework is marked and then discussed during the next scheduled lesson, in such a way that he encourages my son to answer and think without just simply providing him the answers. They review the hits and misses and discuss any misunderstandings from each question. Reinforcing the previous works learning, has really assisted with my sons retained knowledge, having that repeat-repeat type of method has been of great benefit. Stephen updates me with my sons progress after every single lesson in a detailed manner, either online or through mail. His knowledge, his passion and his delivery to my son’s lessons and homework has surpassed my expectation. The commitment, support and persistence of Stephen hasn’t faulted over the many lessons already completed. Nor has never judged my son for the level (grade) at which he is currently achieving, he only encourages him more to strive and to achieve in a positive manner, as if my son was his only student and his only focus. Overall, regardless of the outcome of the exams, the additional knowledge and confidence that Stephen has instilled in my son heading into the iGCSE exams, has had such a positive effect, it is invaluable. I highly recommend Stephen to any level of student studying Sciences.

Dr Stephen has been tutoring my son for iGCSE Triple Science for the last few months and I can honestly say that my son’s confidence level has increased several-fold. I've been taking private English lessons from Stephen for about 1 month and my development has been progressing very quickly. His teaching style and friendly attitude make me comfortable during the lesson. He can be more than a teacher as he cares so much about the efficiency of the lessons. He is also capable of identifying students’ requirements and he can make a lesson plan in this context. I certainly recommend him to everyone who is looking to improve their English.

For my new job I was required to learn Dutch up to pre-intermediate level within just 3 months. After getting in touch with Stephen I immediately started online classes with him, 3 times a week. At first I was very skeptical that it would be possible for me to learn this language in such a short time, but after the first week of lessons I quickly gained faith that it might be doable – and this was honestly all thanks to Stephen. Besides his very effective teaching style, I also found him to be very likable and patient as a person, which altogether has enabled me to now speak this language at a very acceptable level :)) Soon I will be sent to Holland by my employer, where I am looking forward to continuing learning Dutch! I would like to thank Mr. Andrei for the outstanding teaching from his side. As he explains the topics that I mentioned clearly and what I wanted to focus on. He makes sure the student is capable and understands all that he/she needs. In addition, what I also like is that Mr. Andrei offers some powerpoints where he explains certain subjects. On the other hand, the fees for the lessons are great! I liked the price he offered. Also, the classes are scheduled via WhatsApp, which tends to be more secure.

Has great resources and is very helpful, as he provides a clear structure to his lessons and aims to help with relevant resources such as the specification and criteria. Specifically, helped me with my A-level history coursework by targeting areas that had weak assessment objectives and therefore improving the overall essay, to raise my grade significantly.

I have been a student of Miss Sondes for around 3-4 months because I desperately needed aid with my IB standard level French as I was sitting at a low score of 3-4. But during my classes with Miss Sondes, I could tell her expertise in the subject as she knew exactly where I needed to improve to drastically increase my grade as well as how I could see myself becoming a better at the language. Her classes were tailor made to ensure that I got the most out of the classes ranging from 1 on 1 sessions to group sessions that allowed insight on how others achieve good marks. As a tutor, she is a friendly person who encourages and uplifts the mood of the class so it would be a great experience, thus the classes were very enjoyable. Thanks to her, I was able to move my grade up 3 levels, and I would look nowhere but her for a French tutor.

I have been a student of Madame Sondes since the past year and a half of my IB diploma programme. I take French B SL and since I have started with Madame Sondes, I feel much more comfortable with the language and have become much more fluent. I have always struggled with speaking and doing oral presentations but with her patience and dedication, I have improved greatly and even scored a 7 in my final IB presentation. As a graduating high school student, in preparation for University, my experience with Mme. Sondes' classes is more than expected. The most characteristic trait of her classes is the flexibility in her teachings. Aside from the detailed explanations and consistency of work done in class, she would offer additional knowledge in French cultures and knowledge. This is excellent for me as my target is the university of fine arts in Paris. In the process of preparation for exams, she's always dedicated and responsible in terms of the schedule of students. While preparing for my B1 exam last year, she emphasized on key topics and repeatedly drilled the context into me which helped me a lot during the exam. She encourages students to always speak French, strives for the better for students and more.

Ms. Sondes’ lessons are a bundle of education, excitement and challenge. She never fails to incorporate a range of activities that always leave me wanting to come back for another lesson! My French has improved tremendously throughout my two years with Ms.Sondes. I received an A* during my year 11 board exams, I am able to make conversation in French , and I am on the top of my class for French speaking. Not only have I developed a strong passion for the subject but I have also progressed in terms of conversating in French and developing confidence in my learning. I have never come across a more friendly, empowering and knowledgeable teacher before and I am very pleased with my experience!

Madam Sondes has been exceptionally supportive through my journey during IB. She has a unique way of teaching that allows me to understand the French language at a deeper level. She is also very positive when it comes to motivation. I started the year with a predicted 3 IB points out of 7 for HL French. Though my results aren't out yet, I am confident that I will be able to get a five or six as my final French IB Grade.

His examiner experience was invaluable as it was this that really helped me to understand how to put together a good answer in the writing test. As a result of following Lee´s techniques, I scored a Band 7 in the writing test and an 8 in the speaking test.

Lee is a brilliant teacher. He helped me to get a Band 7.5 in writing after a short course of lessons. He showed me some great tips using his experience as an examiner which helped me to pass quickly. I definitely recommend him.

Miss Raghad is very good Arabic language tutor and very soft spoken. She knew how to teach small kids. We are very happy that our 4 year small kid learn so fast Arabic language from Miss Raghad and every day improving more than our expectation.
