I feel that the students should specify the age range of the tutors they want, there should be a column for them to choose from and it should be mandatory that they write that they have found their tutors immediately. I applied for some jobs, called the students and later found out that they have found a tutor without them writing that on the site. Thanks.

An online portal would be helpful too if at all possible so you can speak to some parents on the website itself? It avoids the whole send me a link to your page on the website request which I have received via WhatsApp a number of times. It would be extremely useful if we, as tutors, could see the exact location of the potential customers beforehand. This would inform the tutors whether it would be feasible in approaching this parent. Also, it would be incredibly useful in being able to see days and times they are ideally looking for.
