Rhea Ma'am taught me French for 5 years, from 6th to 10th grade and I couldn't ask for a better teacher. The best part of her teaching is the effort she puts into pronunciation and ensuring that we sound as less foreign as possible, and more like native French speakers. She is extremely patient, always open to answering doubts, and encourages everyone to learn and practice French beyond our academic syllabus.

Rhea is very hard working and pushes her students to really understand what they're learning. I saw her use different methods to teach me and the other students around me. She always had a cheerful smile and can do attitude that helped me when I was a beginner at learning French. She's passionate about French and that can be seen through her approach to teaching the language to her students.

This journey of learning French with Rhea was so exciting. I joined the class and I t has been a brilliant experience. Rhea is brilliant, she is fun and informative and as well as learning a new language we have had lots of laughs too! We are a small group so there is plenty of practice time and it has been lovely meeting some new people. She always gave us fun facts about France and I really loved it. I would 100% recommend Rhea for anyone looking to learn new or develop existing french language skills.

Madame Abeer is such a wonderful French teacher. She’s kind, approachable, and always there to help whenever I need it. Her classes are always engaging, and she has a unique way of explaining things that makes even tricky concepts, like French grammar, much easier to understand. I used to struggle with grammar, but she made it feel effortless. She’s also really supportive, and I always look forward to her lessons. I feel lucky to have her as my teacher!

Mme Abeer has been one of the best teachers I have ever had. Before, I had never been able to speak French and now, I recently visited Paris and I was able to hold conversation with the locals and get by with ease. She doesn't always use the classic textbook approach, which is my favorite part about her teaching. Her teaching style will always be interactive, but more importantly, customized to you. From learning tenses and fruits through songs, to ordering takeout and describing it in French, my French journey has come a long way and it is all thanks to Mme Abeer.

Nael was a great choice. Being a professional and high educated teacher makes all the difference. He has an incredible knowledge about linguistics and the approach necessary for development of the language. It’s great that every class we have a great explanation not only about the deep roots of the Arabic language but also it’s culture and history. Being a polyglot also it’s an amazing help once he is able to understand and give exemples on both languages with the necessary context. After start we Nael I finally felt that my Arabic studies were evolving and I could maintain a dialog compatible with my actual level. It’s highly recommended.

Nael has been very patient with my daughter. He helped her familiarize with the French language very fast. In a very short period her vocabulary increased a lot. She likes French now because he made it a better experience. I highly recommend Nael for anyone.

I have been a student of Miss Sondes for around 3-4 months because I desperately needed aid with my IB standard level French as I was sitting at a low score of 3-4. But during my classes with Miss Sondes, I could tell her expertise in the subject as she knew exactly where I needed to improve to drastically increase my grade as well as how I could see myself becoming a better at the language. Her classes were tailor made to ensure that I got the most out of the classes ranging from 1 on 1 sessions to group sessions that allowed insight on how others achieve good marks. As a tutor, she is a friendly person who encourages and uplifts the mood of the class so it would be a great experience, thus the classes were very enjoyable. Thanks to her, I was able to move my grade up 3 levels, and I would look nowhere but her for a French tutor.

I have been a student of Madame Sondes since the past year and a half of my IB diploma programme. I take French B SL and since I have started with Madame Sondes, I feel much more comfortable with the language and have become much more fluent. I have always struggled with speaking and doing oral presentations but with her patience and dedication, I have improved greatly and even scored a 7 in my final IB presentation. She has a kind and friendly personality and her passion has motivated me to work harder and do the best I can. Overall, a very wholesome experience!

As a graduating high school student, in preparation for University, my experience with Mme. Sondes' classes is more than expected. The most characteristic trait of her classes is the flexibility in her teachings. Aside from the detailed explanations and consistency of work done in class, she would offer additional knowledge in French cultures and knowledge. This is excellent for me as my target is the university of fine arts in Paris. In the process of preparation for exams, she's always dedicated and responsible in terms of the schedule of students. While preparing for my B1 exam last year, she emphasized on key topics and repeatedly drilled the context into me which helped me a lot during the exam. She encourages students to always speak French, strives for the better for students and more.

Ms. Sondes’ lessons are a bundle of education, excitement and challenge. She never fails to incorporate a range of activities that always leave me wanting to come back for another lesson! My French has improved tremendously throughout my two years with Ms.Sondes. I received an A* during my year 11 board exams, I am able to make conversation in French , and I am on the top of my class for French speaking. Not only have I developed a strong passion for the subject but I have also progressed in terms of conversating in French and developing confidence in my learning. I have never come across a more friendly, empowering and knowledgeable teacher before and I am very pleased with my experience!

Madam Sondes has been exceptionally supportive through my journey during IB. She has a unique way of teaching that allows me to understand the French language at a deeper level. She is also very positive when it comes to motivation. I started the year with a predicted 3 IB points out of 7 for HL French. Though my results aren't out yet, I am confident that I will be able to get a five or six as my final French IB Grade.

James is a great instructor, organized and friendly. His teaching skills are good. We were able to express ourselves in French in a couple of months. He would progressively build up each lesson, when he introduces a new topic, he would simplify it and find creative ways to make it interesting. He is always fun to chat with and a thoughtful instructor.

She plans so many great activities and exercises, and her teaching style really engages the kids, and gets them pumped up and excited about learning. It’s wonderful to see kid coming home in a very happy mood, with wonderful things to say about her, and eager to share what she’s learned in class that day.
