  10. Stone Tools from Paleolithic Age The Paleolithic humans used tools made of wood and bone also. The Paleolithic humans were hunters- gatherers. But they used to stay in one place to fulfill their basic needs of food, water and protection.

  13. Mesolithic Age or the Middle Stone Age Around 9000 BCE, began an intermediate stage which is known as the Mesolithic Age. It occurred between the Paleolithic and the Neolithic or New stone age. The age was characterized by the use of microliths or small stone tools. Mesolithic human beings lived On hunting, fishing and gathering food. At later stage they started domesticating animal.
  14. Neolithic Age or the New Stone Age Neolithic or new stone age extended from about 8,000 BCE to 4,000 BCE. It refers to the phase when humans started leading a settled life.
