My kids really enjoy her lessons, she is so accountable and responsive, I was very nervous at first but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Shay is an amazing tutor ! She uses a variety of activities and games to keep my son interested and to reinforce his skills (like letter naming or number recognition). She is very patient and knows exactly how to get small kids engaged in the learning process.

Shay is very patient and really helped my 4 year old son's self confidence. We hired her to improve his performance in phonics and his teacher noticed a big difference. Our son enjoys working with Miss Shay and looks forward to her sessions. His teacher also noticed him raising his hand and participating in class more after we started working with Shay. Shay also brings games and seems to be very good at making learning fun.
