You will be lead into your own body awareness, isolating different parts of your body, improving your posture. Cultivating strength, flexibility and serenity. Boost your mood, endorphins and express yourself.

Tutoring Approach

You will learn dance like a language, you start by learning some vocabulary, some sentences, you put them together to give meaning and express yourself. Then you can communicate with more confidence, fluidity and understanding different styles of this dance language. Classes (female only) are structured to suit all levels of experience. The structure of each class follows: warm up, conditioning exercises, technique explanations, practice creating combos for choreography and streches.

I hold an International Professional Graduate Certificate in Teaching Practice (UK Level 6) in Early Years from Liverpool Hope University. My professional journey has been shaped by hands-on roles that have honed my skills in delivering high-quality early childhood education.

As an FS2 Maternity Cover Teacher at Mamoura British Academy, I developed and implemented engaging lesson plans aligned with the FS2 curriculum, effectively utilizing technology and innovative teaching strategies. This role reinforced my ability to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, including the provision of exploration time where students engage in themed learning experiences. Prior to this, I served as an FS2 Homeroom Teacher at GEMS The Cambridge High School for nearly five years.
