The primary goal of our MAC training is to prepare help desk specialists, technical coordinators, service technicians, system administrators, and others who support Macintosh users to knowledgeably address customer concerns and questions. 

1. MAC Integration Basic:
Duration: 7 Hrs
Class strength: One-to-one or maximum of 2 students

2. MAC Lion 101: OS X Support Essentials:
Duration: 18 Hrs
Class strength: One-to-one or maximum of 2 students

3. MAC Lion 201: OS X Server Support Essentials:
Duration: 21 Hrs
Class strength: One-to-one or maximum of 2 students
