Modern businesses communicate in more diverse ways in today’s society than at any other time in human history. Having an understanding of how to use these tools effectively is more important now than ever. Despite this, there is very little in the way of education as to how best to approach these varying communication channels and how to make the best use of them – with the result that people develop their own individual approaches and as a result communication can often break down. This 3-day workshop seeks to address this disparity by breaking down business communication, with particular emphasis on written communications, into its component parts and from there demonstrating how to effectively engage your audience. It will make you a more effective communicator by giving you some tools and techniques that you will be able to apply in the workplace.
