Course Details

This course addresses how lawyers deal with disputes presented to them and how to resolve them by analyzing the case presented, studying the other party, identifying their objectives, motivations and needs, and trying to persuade the parties to find a suitable solution for them.

Course Objectives

• Developing participants' behavioral skills and demonstrating their impact on dispute resolution;

• Creating a successful negotiator capable of dealing with objections, divergences and disputes;

• Developing communication and listening skills and demonstrating their impact on dispute resolution;

• Provide participants with skills and methods to understand human behavior and how to prepare for disputes

• resolution and negotiation.

Cycle Mechanism

• The course will have a 70% practical dimension through issues, resolution, discussion and reports.
