This course aims at familiarizing participants with the theory of invalidity in criminal proceedings, in particular (preliminary investigation procedures), what depicted invalidity in investigative proceedings and how participants could know the rebut of invalidity and when such rebut could be made. 

Course Objectives

• Introducing participants to the theory of invalidity in investigative proceedings. 

• Knowing when the investigation procedure may be null and void. 

• Statement of when the invalidity of investigative proceedings can be raised. 

• Knowledge of the validity of police and preliminary investigation procedures. 

• Knowledge of the legal implications of invalidity.
