Course: Private Data Protections     This course gives you the comprehensive legal knowledge of the Federal Private Data Protection Act.

Course Objectives:

• Learn about the Federal Law of 2021 regarding the protection of personal data 
• Find out how the UAE has complied with international standards in protecting personal data 
• Knowledge of the applicable law and the principles of the UAE law on the protection of personal data 
• Knowledge of the right to privacy for natural and legal persons 
• Knowing the role of the UAE Data Office issued by Decree-Law No. 44 of 2021in the protection of private data 
• Knowledge of ways to protect private data and the penalties imposed on them
