Introduction to FIDIC Contracts and Engineering

This training course gives you comprehensive legal knowledge of FIDIC contracts by identifying the concept, scope, nature and elements of the contract, the obligations of the parties to the contract, breaches of the contract, methods of resolving them, and means of arbitration. 

Course Objectives:

• Providing participants with the legal knowledge of concluding FIDIC contracts "engineering contracts" 

• Learn about the legal nature of FIDIC contracts "engineering contracts" and the conclusion of contracts and the stages of concluding an engineering contract 

• Learn about ways to resolve disputes arising from breach of FIDIC contracts "arbitration" 

• Inform the participants of practical cases on FIDIC contracts
