Course Outline: 

  • Front office operations:  Introduction to the hospitality and tourism, Coordination with other department, Reservation process, Check in and check out process, Guest cycle and guest accounting, night auditing functions. 
  • Housekeeping operations: Introduction, Types of rooms and room codes, planning and organizing housekeeping department, Cleaning equipment and agents, cleaning procedure and bed making procedure 
  • Food and beverage service operations: Introduction, Types of service, Restaurant service training, Table set up and dining etiquette, POS, Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Service of beverages 
  • Food production:  Introduction, Kitchen areas, Handling safety and risk management, Food preparation (Off premises practical training)
