Life Coaching is about helping others gain clarity and focus in their lives, address personal and professional challenges, and build a more fulfilling, well-rounded life. People are often misinformed about what life coaching training is and what it isn't. They come to us determined, wanting to become a life coach, yet their perceptions and expectations of what a life coach training is or what a life coach does, vary greatly.
