The CEPA is a set of standardized tests used for admissions and placement by three federal universities in the UAE (Zayed University, the Higher Colleges of Technology, and UAEU). Developed by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education, the tests assess basic English and math proficiency for around 17,000 grade 12 Emirati students annually.
