What is Certified Cost Professional Exam (CCP®)?

 CCP® certification holders differentiate themselves from others by having cost engineering knowledge, experience and best practices of the industry. 

Awarding Body:  AACEI® USA. 

Course Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of the CCP® training course, participants will understand the concepts of and be able to apply what they have learned in the following areas: Basic Cost Engineering Engineering Economics (Economic Analysis) Cost Estimation and Control Project Management

Course Outline

The syllabus for this course will closely follow the current version of AACE International  The course focuses on the following 4 key modules: Module 1: Economic Analysis

Module 2: Cost Estimation and Control

Module 3: Project Management

Module 4: General Skills and Knowledge of Cost Engineering

Exam Fee : $400 USD CCP Eligibility Requirements

•    8 years industry related experience or 4 years industry related experience + 4-year industry related college degree •    2,500 minimum word technical paper •    Adherence to AACE’s Canons of Ethics

CCP Certification Exam Structure •    5 hours maximum •    120 simple multiple choice and compound, scenario questions •    Closed Book – onscreen formula sheet(s) will be available for use •    Any style, battery operated calculator permitted (not provided by the testing center)
