We won’t waste your time telling you what you already know (smoking is bad for your health, you’re throwing money away, you’re becoming a social outcast, etc.)
We will: • Discuss why you smoke, or vape, and you will realise that smoking or vaping does nothing for you at all; • Educate you on the nature of the beast (addiction and habit); • Overcome your fears about quitting; • Form a peer group, with a we can philosophy (as opposed to I can’t do it alone); • Provide you with a relapse prevention toolkit; • Keep the groups small (typically ten) so everybody can express their fears and receive individual attention; • Provide aftercare and support; • Provide a relaxed environment for the seminar at comfortable hotels and urban retreats. With this mix, you will find it easy to become a non-smoker forever.
