Course Details

This Kaizen practitioner training course will equip participants with the right knowledge and tools to start implementing Kaizen in their organization. The course curriculum includes a detailed study of Kaizen mechanisms, methodologies, processes and management systems which are all essential to achieve continuous improvement.
