A company needs to obtain healthy environment for its employees to prosper in the right directions. Human resource policies control this environment. One has to make sure that all the fundamental concerns of the company are covered with its HR policies. Therefore we have designed this course to teach the first steps a company need to take for writing comprehensive and clear policies. It further reveals methodologies about how to make employees fully understand company concerns and organizational requirements in order to work. Once the policy is defined and implemented, the purpose of designing is not finished. It further seeks weakness in the system that is incorrect and can cause hindrance in prosperity of the organization. If a policy hinders from flowing forward, one should take practical initiatives to observe the flexibility of change in policy or find a way to get things worked out.
