Course Details

The Pre-teen Mandarin class focusing on the 4 pillars of language development: reading, writing, speaking and listening. It is comprehensive and highly academic where each stage of class learning is well designed to enhance students learning interest and maximize language learning efficiency. We employ a student centred learning approach where we encourage students to have ample voice, engage frequently with each other, and are given opportunities to make choices. Chinese culture is in introduced through class demonstrations in a fun way and after class reading assignments. The curriculum followed is Easy Steps to Chinese 2 & 3 and HSK standard course 2 & 3.
