Course Details

The Course also provides students with an advanced grasp on agricultural methods and emerging technologies in the agricultural field. The objective of this course is to deliver the concepts and basic principles of personal and interpersonal leadership that is applicable to both career and personal lives. The course will elaborate on vision, goals & objectives, motivation, decision-making, time management, power, team building, conflict, ethics, dealing with change, communication skills, and diversity issues. The program also teaches how to develop your personal leadership style, and organizational politics.
