Course Details

The program will provide knowledge and skills necessary to be an expert in Agency Law. In addition to the key agency law areas, critical areas of study include; Business Law, Fiduciary duties of an Agent, Agent’s contractual liability, Tort, Contract Law and other related areas. The program introduces Law in general and other necessary elements in the field of law. The Course also addresses the goals of professional values, ethics and legal skills in the profession.
