Course Details

The Course provides the overall knowledge and training to identify, prepare, review and manage Claims. Various aspects of Claim Professionals skills are discussed including managerial skills such as; communication, cooperation, problem solving, negotiation and leadership. The student also will learn, claim audits, dispute resolution, reserving practices, recoveries and laws related to Claims.
