The PMP makes you stand out by recognizing your project management skills worldwide. To become a PMI certified Project Manager you need to sign up for a PMP exam and clear it.

  • Learn how to develop different plans like Communication, Procurement, Quality and Change.
  • Learn how to identify, analyze and manage different types of risks.
  • Learn how to conduct meetings and present the Project Management Plan.

Domain 3: EXECUTNG

  • Learn how to acquire and manage project resources by following respective plans.
  • Learn how to manage task execution and flow of information.
  • Learn how to maintain relationships with different stakeholders.

Domain 4: MONITORING AND CONTROLLING

  • Learn how to measure project’s performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Learn how to manage changes made in the project.
  • Learn how to monitor and assess the risks associated with the project.
  • Learn how to monitor control limits and finance of the project.

Domain 5: CLOSING

  • Learn the policies and practices to obtain final legal, financial and administrative closure.
