Non-Arabic speakers who are interested in Arabic language, culture, and civilization for personal or professional development purposes
Students of Arabic at foreign universities wishing to join the Arabic Study Abroad Program to increase their knowledge of the Arabic language and Arab Culture and Civilization
Foreign diplomats working in the Gulf region and their families
