Commercial Law means business laws which governs the broad areas of a business and customer transactions related to it. Through this training session we make the students aware of the principles that govern commercial contracts and also pre-contractual duties and remedies for breach of contract. We taring our students with ideas which they can utilize in a broad range of commercial transactions.
