MBA in Total Quality Management is provided by us. This learning curriculum is available as per the syllabus of SMU.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management philosophy and operational approach that aims to consistently exceed the current and future expectations of all stakeholders (i.e., customers, employees, shareholders and the community). TQM is based on continuous improvement in all processes, goods and services, as a result of the creative involvement of all stakeholders.

Teachers here have very high level of proficiency in tutoring. They are highly dedicated professionals, always present here for the overal guidance of the students, in respect of the course. Meticulously designed notes are provided to each of the students, for after-class study purpose.
