Course Details

Kitchen Intervention Training Program is conducted here. This course will provide to your staff the essential knowledge required to take care of your home to the highest standard and ensure you have a germ free, dirt free environment in which food can safely be prepared for your loved ones. The Intervention is 4 hours long and will cover the below areas:

• Safety and Prevention
• Introduction to Housekeeping
• General overview of your home cleaning equipment
• Deep cleaning techniques (hand on practice)
• Schedule and task lists
• Food hygiene
• Personal hygiene
• Cupboard organisation
• Labelling
• Refrigerator organisation and expiry dates
• Kitchen utensils
