Course Details

This workshop isdesigned for use with staff at all levels working within a team, partnership or strategic alliances environment. Aim is to get the whole team pulling together in one direction. Exercises will focus on the following areas:

• Importance of positive thinking about team and organization.
• Reflect upon a culture of a team.
• What success looks like for everyone in team?
• How to establish effective working relationships within groups or teams?
• How to create vision statement for the team?
• How to achieve our shared vision in a team?
• Importance of individual contribution in achieving the vision.
• Importance of Teams contribution in achieving the vision.
• Action Plan*.
• Review of the day.
