Time Management Workshop for Non-Managers is aimed to help participants with better utilization of time. This workshop is designed for use with staff at all levels and is intended. Exercises will focus on the following areas:

• Define and write SMART objectives.
• Importance of time management.
• Key aspects of time management.
• The art of prioritizing (ABC and matrix system as alternative methods of prioritizing).
• Identify the time stealers and the ways of dealing with time stealers.
• Self-Assessment on time management.
• How to agree on priorities, allocate funds and time and plan work effectively?.
• Action Plan*.
