Course Details

This workshop is designed for team leaders, supervisors and managers and is intended to help participants develop coaching skills to support & develop staff in the workplace. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Describe what coaching and what it is not.
• Identify the skills that managers will need to be an effective workplace coach.
• Understand how to structure a coaching session with staff members.
• Understand how to coach for development and high performance.
• Be able to suggest a useful framework for a coaching meeting.
