Course Details

This course will teach you the third party audit requirements against the Global Standard for Food Safety, Issue 6, and provide you with relevant knowledge of auditing in the food sector. It will give you an in-depth and practical understanding of the BRC standard and auditing methodology.

You will be assessed by examination at the end of the course which is submitted to BRC for independent marking.

N.B. this qualification does not guarantee employment as an auditor with a certification body. Specific educational, experience, training and further assessment requirements are necessary in order to qualify and obtain approval as a third party auditor for BRC working for a certification body.
