Team building is the use of different types of team interventions that are aimed at enhancing social relations and clarifying team members’ roles, as well as solving tasks and interpersonal problems that affect team functionality.

We provide a comprehensive course with an extensive problem solving. Each lesson has concepts, illustrations, objective solved examples, subjective solved examples and exercises to help the student grasp the fundamental concepts.
