Course Details

This program is particularly suited to practicing team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, as well as managers who need to lead people through organizational change, budget cuts and/or other pressures. Participants will normally be either practising or aspiring managers. Although there are no formal requirements, learners should have a background what will enable them to benefit from the course.
